Return Policy
Divisions139 accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
● No visible damage;
● The original packaging is intact;
● Any damage will void the Divisions139 warranty.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Several types of products are not eligible for returns. We also do not accept intimate (underwear) or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we may request a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) along with your order number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notifying you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is issued (between 2 and 3 days is normal). If you still haven't received your refund after this time, please email us at robinsenecal@hotmail.com so we can review the situation further.
Gifts
Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift in the amount of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send a request to our email team: robinsenecal@hotmail.com

If you do not report the damage within 48 hours, we will not be able to honor your claim. We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier's delivery confirmation to review damage or return requests.
